Return Policy

Customers can return products to Tekmicom Inc. upon obtaining a RMA exchange within (30) days from the original invoice date. All product must be returned complete and in its original condition containing its original packaging and instructions (if any).

All RMA’s must be sent back with RMA form.

OEM products/handsets that are not eligible for exchange or credit must be sent to the original manufacturer’s warranty/repair facility to be repaired or exchanged at the customer’s sole discretion.
